We are remote-first, our team is allowed to work from anywhere they find comfortable. We are an asynchronous organisation which means each team member can work at whatever time they prefer; we don't have a restrictive time policy.

We also follow an unrestricted-leaves policy; so no team member needs to ask permission to take some days off as long as their work is done on time.
